Easy to organise and works perfectly.
We got the 10 day unlimited Esim and had zero issues. Google maps worked everywhere we went in Osaka Kyoto and Tokyo. The second we landed in Japan, I activated the esim on our phones and we were off to our vacation.

Emails were answered fast. Instructions in English were clear. Our phones lost communication only a few times but reconnected with the router quickly. Having the back up battery was really helpful. We like the small size of the router and battery. We like that we could pick up in the airport, the only problem we had was trying to find the Ninja counter after having no sleep and being exhausted. I wish they could have helped us start the router but we didn’t have the energy to try and start the router right away. When we come back we will use again.
