The pocket WiFi worked well even in some pretty remote locations, will definitely use again.

You must get the premium one. In the beginning we got the premium one but when we got there they said they were out and shipped us a business one and refunded us the difference but we used it for one day and it wasnt enough speed for us. I emailed them and they got another premium sent to us ASAP. Great service and response time. Highly recommend. Very easy to use too. Got the package and sent it back wit ease. (Although it was a hard time finding out where the post office was but look for a big orange box) kinda wish they added on there some locations of the postal bins or what its called in japanese so you can gps it by name. But overall really good and easy to use. Must have for travelling japan.

I will surely recommend this to my friends. I had the best time in Japan with the help of Japan Wireless. Surely use this again when I come back.

The unit worked perfectly from Tokyo to Fukuoka. Long battery life, never had an issue. I will use Japan Wireless on my next trip to my favorite place.

Our pocket WiFi was at our hotel when we checked in and the envelope to return it was included. Since it was preaddressed and postage paid, the hotel staff said she could drop it in the mail for us. It was great to always have good internet connection. Would definitely rent one again.

I've used Japan Wireless 3 times on trips to Japan. The website and ordering process is easy and straightforward. I've had no problems with delivery to my hotel by the time I check in. The service coverage of the devices is great and the extra battery pack included has been critical for continued connection several times. I'm very pleased with the overall experience with Japan Wireless and will use them again in the future.
