The portable wifi package was waiting for us at our hotel. We used it for a 3 week vacation that took us as far south as Hiroshima and as far north as Hakkodate. We were not doing any streamimg, but we were able to communicate with home, send photos, use Google maps, etc. with ease. The return was a breeze. We just put everything in an envelope and dropped it in a mailbox at the airport, before security.

I was amazed I had internet even in Okinawa

Rented the pocket Wifi for travel and work. Delivery was quick, easy to set up, and the Wifi was consistently reliable. Battery would usually last between 5-8 hours, perfect for a day of work or traveling. Was also nice to receive tech support in English. Would recommend!

Very easy to use, great coverage, great tool at a great value and no problems at all. I highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Japan

Japan wireless is awesome. Works great no problems I must have while traveling. Will use again when traveling. Highly recommended.

Amazing product thst kept me connected to family and work no matter where I was in Japan! I would highly recommend this!

Easy to use and worked great. Ordering and pick up was also easy.

It was so easy to pick this up at the airport. It even comes with a back up power pack! The company gives you an envelope to return in the mail. Very straight forward. It was perfect! We had WiFi everywhere we went. Thank you!

I’ve wouldn’t survived our family Japan trip without a reliable wifi for navigation & to do other important internet search. Japan wireless was the way to go! It was conveniently delivered to our hotel, easy to set up, fast and stable connection during the entire duration of our trip. Returning it is a breeze! It comes with a prepaid envelope and i just asked the hotel to return it for me. The price is also reasonable. It connects to 5 devices! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Easy & reliable. Recommendation!
