I forgot to pre-purchase WiFi before heading out to Tokyo. Learned about Japan wireless the morning of my flight and decided to try them out. On the website it said that my WiFi would be delivered to my hotel the day after I land which was fine with me, but luckily when I checked into my hotel (I landed late in the evening) it turns out they had delivered it that day. The speed and connection were just fine for me. I only ever experienced some dead spots when I was on the Shinkansen. Would consider going with Japan wireless again for my next trip back to Japan.

Had a great time in Osaka. The pocket WiFi contributed to the wonderful experience. It was very reliable and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I was extremely happy with the service. At times the wifi would give out in remote places like Tosu Saga but you could just switch providers and it worked even better! The battery was so long lasting and will definitely be using it again when I come back. 10/10 recommend

Great battery life and fast internet as well!

Worked flawlessly, easy to set up and use and the power pack was very usefull.

Connection was very fast and reliable. Even though marketed as unlimited the connection Speed was reduced after 50gigs.

The wifi package was at our hotel when we arrived.
We had great wifi service throughout Japan at all the places we visited.
The charge on the wifi lasted throughout the day so never needed to recharge until days end.
Highly recommend this product/company and would use again.
