Could not recommend enough! We rented the pocket WiFi for 12 days and we never had issues with connection.
The battery lasts for about 10hrs so if you're out and about all day long you'll need to carry the power bank with you but they are small and lightweight so easy to put in a bag.

I did not have problems with the battery, it lasted all day. Pickup was easy at Haneda and return as well. Just place the return package at the airport at Japan post box. Easy. Would hire these services again.
