Have been renting from Japan wireless for a long time now & have been our go-to WiFi pocket device whenever we visit Japan.

Easy pick up and drop off - perfect for traveling and having Wifi access

Picked up the pocket Wi-Fi from the counter to the left of the arrivals door in Fukuoka airport. They plugged it in and off I went. Efficient and worked pretty much perfectly . It hung a few times but I refreshed it and it was fine!

Very reliable device and so convenient in traveling through out Japan. Highly recommend your product and service.

I recently used Japan Wireless for pocket WiFi during my trip and had an excellent experience. The booking process was easy and incredibly affordable. Pickup was super convenient, and the device itself was impressively light and reliable. The extra portable battery included was a huge plus, ensuring I stayed connected all day. Easy and convenient.

Worked as advertised. From the Router pickup at the Mail Office at Narita Airpor and the the Service during my trip around Japan to the dropoff in the Japan Red Mail Box at Narita Airport before going through security!

I forgot to pre-purchase WiFi before heading out to Tokyo. Learned about Japan wireless the morning of my flight and decided to try them out. On the website it said that my WiFi would be delivered to my hotel the day after I land which was fine with me, but luckily when I checked into my hotel (I landed late in the evening) it turns out they had delivered it that day. The speed and connection were just fine for me. I only ever experienced some dead spots when I was on the Shinkansen. Would consider going with Japan wireless again for my next trip back to Japan.

Had a great time in Osaka. The pocket WiFi contributed to the wonderful experience. It was very reliable and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I was extremely happy with the service. At times the wifi would give out in remote places like Tosu Saga but you could just switch providers and it worked even better! The battery was so long lasting and will definitely be using it again when I come back. 10/10 recommend
