Pick up at Haneda was easy and the staff were very kind. Reception for the hotspot was great. Holds up for the whole day!

Ordered through online, all was delivered at hotel and available on arrival. Very easy to set up, just switch it on and ready to go. Functioned everywhere we were in osaka surroundings, including during all subway rides. When departing gave the envelope to hotel, they posted it for me. Perfect service

Very good service.
The router was at the hotel when we arrived, worked very well and it was easy to return it.
Keep in mind that the post box at Haneda can be full (it was almost full when we returned the router), so it could be good to return it in Tokyo.

WiFi order and return was quick and easy! Having it with me was ideal because it helped me navigate Tokyo without worrying about having internet connection . I would use them again!

Excellent performance

Excellent experience renting a pocket WiFi. Ordered online and was able to pick up same day at the airport. The price was cheaper than any other option and the internet was fast and reliable. We never encountered any issues in our 14 day stay.

The booking from Sydney pickup from our hotel faultless function in Kanagawa even in mountainous parts and simple return at Haneda deserved five stars good all day battery life so we didn’t need the backup battery. We will use it again as we visit Odawara frequently to be with family
