Very reliable… WIFI always available…

The pick-up was really fast, the instructions are verry clear and whe had no problem with the device during our 3 weeks stay.
Also, we never used the external battery though we never turned off the device during our visits, We just charged it every night at the hotel. Very pleased with the quality considering the not so expensive price i've paid.

The delivery to hotel and drop off at airport work seamlessly. Connection strength was good throughout. Highly recommended. Only improvement could have been better battery life, but as long as you charged every night, you were all good

Delivery was seamless. The package was already in my hotel room and was super simple to use. Speed and connectivity were very good. Really can’t recommend it enough since having internet alway available for the whole family saved the day several times.
