I was delighted with this service. The portable router was compact. It was at my hotel when I arrived. It worked very well throughout Japan, saving me a lot in Verizon roaming fees. Return was simple at Osaka ITM airport.

Strong reception and coverage except in tunnels. Power pack for battery finicky with connections but not a big deal. Will use again next trip

The WiFi rental process couldn’t have been easier . The items were at our hotel when we arrived and we simply posted the whole thing back at the end of our stay . In between we had excellent WiFi connectivity wherever we were in Japan . It worked a treat !!

This WiFi is easy to order online and was delivered to our hotel so it was there when we arrived to check in. The package included the WiFi, battery, charging cable, directions, and return envelope. There were no issues with the WiFi during the trip and we returned it at the airport by dropping off the envelope in the designated mailbox. This was a perfect way for my friends and I to all have access to a secure WiFi without paying a lot of money.
