Hassle free from ordering online to returning the package at the airport. Wonderful that the package includes a power bank, cord, plug and addressed return envelope. The portable wifi was great. Organised to pick up at our 1st hotel in Osaka, then returned it 2 weeks later at our hotel in Tokyo.
Super fast & reliable wifi, comes with charger, instructions & a post bag to return at finish. Easily handled having both my wife & my phones connected at same time .
Will definitely use again next time in Japan

I used the pocket-wifi throughout Japan traveling to the Southern prefecture back up to Tokyo for 30 days. I am so glad that I rented a pocket wifi for the remote towns I traveled through; for example in Nagano I was up in the mountains and having the device made my trip enjoyable by accessing the internet.
