Ordered online prior to my travel. Instructions sent via email is English and easy to understand. Bought with insurance but not necessary if your carrying inside bag. Easy to collect from the counter and return was easy also as the returned envelope was provided. Even in rural area, wireless signal also good.

Love this pocket wifi. No loss of connection to the internet during my Japan trip. It came with battery pack as well to make sure you won’t run out of juice when you’re out and about the beautiful streets of Japan.

WiFi worked great and everything went well from picking up the wifi to returning it, unfortunately I didn’t realize that the battery thing fell out and wasn’t in the pouch when we returned it and it was in my backpack and I discovered it when we got home. Customer service was great, we were able to explain our situation and they let us pay a fee to replace it as it was cheaper than the international shipping to return it. Great experience and definitely will be using this service again on our next trip to Japan!

Great product. Made my trip to Tokyo easy.

This made our trip much easier, having wifi everywhere we went. The battery lasted all day, every day, and both of our iPhones connected immediately every time. We will definitely use these again.

This wireless hotspot worked 100% with enough speeds to use the internet without issues. The battery lasted a good amount of hours and the included battery pack was very handy as well.
