As many ohers ahve watched reviews. Japan Wireless offered a relly good mobile hotspot service for the duration of our Japan trip. It was easy to book, receive, and start using. Even returning the package at the end of the trip was fun and had us looking for a post box to drop the return envelop. Great value as well. Will definitely use again.

Reserving, pick up, use, and drop off were all seamless and easy! I chose this company over others given I would be picking up and dropping off in different cities, also reviews says there was no slowing of internet speed after using a certain amount. I found this all to be true.
The pocket wifi held charge until mid afternoon, and then the provided external battery lasted me until the evening. I also used the pocket wifi in my hotel room as it was faster speed than the hotel wifi.
Drop off was so easy as there was a mailbox right next to the security line in Narita. I would highly recommend this to anyone I know going to Japan, and I am definitely using this the next time I go!

Used this gadget for half a year while staying in Japan. Very useful for daily outings and longer trips. The battery should usually last for a bit more than half a day and the addition of a powerbank is very useful, also in case of forgetting to recharge the day prior.

This was very convenient for our 2 week trip from the US. We had our wifi delivered to the hotel and mailed it back from the airport. Worked well, back-up battery was key!

Perfect coverage, easy to use. I picked the product at Haneda airport and immediately set it up, then dropped it off at the airport before passing through security.
