Super easy pick up and drop off process. Easy to connect your device to the wifi. The connection itself was stable, even on the ski fields and more remote areas. Comes with it's own charger, power bank and instruction manual. Highly recommended

Perfect function and battery life that took me through the full day

In Japan you definitely need google maps or Rome to Rio in order to find the way to your destination and you need it every day and every where. We have used Japan Wireless and we had no problem to stay online the whole day. So we definitely can recommend it. For parents it is also a good way how to keep your kids near by as they also want to stay connected :)

The pick up at the airport was without any problem. Usage very easy, all information provided in the envelope. Connection was always perfect, and no trouble at all! Perfect that a power bank is provided. Also the return was very easy, just dropped it into a post box at the airport. Loved that I always got emails as an confirmation, as the device arrived at the airport for pick up and also as it returned.
Will use it again if I come back to Japan! Strongly recommend!
