I used pocket Wifi several times. It works very well and everywhere I have been in Japan. The use is really very simple, just select the network whose reference is on the box and then enter the code also on the box. My only reservation is that the battery of the case is discharged quickly but a recharging battery is provided.

Once I received my password (which was initially missing) I was able to use this wonderful device throughout my stay in Japan from Tokyo right down to Matsuyama,on trains, buses and while walking. It was delivered to my hotel at the agreed time and it was all go from the next day. I would thoroughly recommend this device to anyone, and I'm so glad it was recommended to me.

The product is excellent in terms of internet speed and battery charge duration. The only issue is the rental price is a bit high compared to the service provided.

My family and I traveled to Japan for two weeks. This Business Wifi was unlimited so guaranteed us security and safety while travelling around. If the place we were staying at didn't have internet, we just used the Business WiFi. It doesn't matter about the slower speed because we didn't go to Japan to spend every waking second watching YouTube and playing games. It had a charge which lasted almost the entire day and a backup power bank. We carried it around with us everyday and didn't need to worry about buying a SIM card or renting a phone, we just downloaded the popular messaging apps which only use internet. We had absolutely no problems in using it and would use it again.

Easy to use and excellent service.

Easy pick-up at Narita International Airport, dropped off at a different airport easily as well. My mobile was the only device connected to the WiFi. I had service throughout my entire trip, even in areas away from the big cities. I never had issues with the battery or the device. Everything was very organized and easy to use. I was able to make clear calls through WhatsApp to the US. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.
