Used this product for our entire stay in Osaka and it did not disappoint. It was very convenient to pick-up and drop off, and the product service and wifi signal was excellent. We were able to continuously use it with no problems

The wifi device was delivered at the hotel on the day of our arrival. Unit was charged so it could be used right away. Slim and handy design a welcome feature. Signal excellent wherever we went. Will definitely order when we come back to Japan.

I always order via Japan-wireless everytime I have to go to Japan. I'm never disappointed ! Signal is perfect, autonomy is amazing !! The service was great as well :)
I will order it again the next time I will comeback to Japan :)
