The pocket Wi-Fi did not fail me. I had no issue with it. No dead or weak spots. 5-star rating from me! Will definitely use their product again when I get back to this beautiful country. Thank you very much! The internet was a great help!

Worked 100%. Only thing I could hve wishes for, was to be able to hand it in at the same point that it was picked up, at KIX airport. Had to run around to find a mail box.

Device was great. Small and light enough to fit in my pocket with more than enough battery life to last a day. No issues with connection or speed, though I was just round metropolitan Kyoto and Tokyo so can't say what it's like outside of there. Certainly recommended for those areas.
