Returning to Japan for my first visit post-COVID, this was the first time I had elected to travel with a "Pocket Wi-Fi". On previous visits I had relied solely on "roaming" from my phone provider, only to be hit with big bills on my return. Highly delighted with the whole process; booked on-line in advance and collected from a counter at Fukuoka Airport, the device was easy to set-up on my phone and laptop and gave me 5-days of uninterrupted wi-fi internet coverage whilst travelling around largely rural Kyushu, often on local trains. Even the return of the device was pain-free;- simply seal into the envelope provided and drop into a post box at Fukuoka Airport.

Very easy service

I organised collection at my hotel, and when I checked in, they gave me the package with easy to follow instructions.
I did not have any issues, and was easy to post back on my departure from Haneda.
I would recommend using Japan Wireless to everyone
