When I put my comment on Google map, I used 4 stars instead of 5, and the company asked me what they can do to get better. Well, I have no idea (I just put 5 when I have a "wow" effect). I think the service is fast, easy, it works fine and in the latest versions, the WiFi last for the whole day, even if I use maps often. And you have a power-bank too.

Customer service is great. Had a bit of a problem with the hotel delivery but CS assisted and all was well.
