I have been using Japan Wireless for years because of their great service. Their portable Wifi units have excellent coverage and fast speed. The router package is always waiting for me at my hotel. All I need to do is drop off the unit in the provided postage paid envelope at a Japan Post mailbox.

This was our first time travelling to Japan with my husband. The service was easy to book. Pick up was also easy to find.It was very useful to have during our 8 days trip. This was our first time travelling to Japan for my family of six. The service was easy to book. Pick up was also easy to find and we were pretty much set after turning the unit on. Travelled to two cities, no issues with connectivity and returning by the provided parcel was also a cinch. Will use again on our next trip.
