The hotel (at which I had a confirmed reservation!) mistakenly returned the Pocket Wifi that I had booked to Japan Wireless. However, Japan Wireless quickly rectified the problem, and the device was there ready for me on the day that I arrived! Thanks JW Team! :-)

Very cheap and strong wifi

We have traveled in Japan for 10 days. The pick up and return process is so smooth.No issues with the Wifi connection even we are at the basement 2 of subway. Fast and reliable connection anywhere in Japan. Bonus it comes with powerbank so you can easily charge it.
