Very impressed. Easy to collect and return device. Wifi coverage was outstanding. Much better than my husband who used global roaming.
Didn't need to use the powerbank. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had to reset the device a couple of times but was able to call customer support and talk to a real person who helped me. Super organized and dependable!

My pocket wifi was conveniently waiting for me at my hotel as I checked-in. Connection was strong and fast throughout my trip around Japan. Battery power lasted through each day. Conveniently dropped it off at the airport mailbox before my departure. Thumbs up!

I would've spent $360 on roaming for 2 devices but only spent $70 instead using pocket wifi, for a 2 week trip. Pick was up easy at Narita airport and so was drop off; there was a mail box present prior to security screening. Connectivity was very good and so was the battery life, only died a couple of times. The charging bank that came with the system worked well during those times. I would strongly recommend pocket wifi to everyone visiting Japan.

Worked great in Northern Japan. Pick-up / return was totally hassle-free. We will definitely use it again.
