Dependable and decent priced

We rented from other company last year and it didn’t work at all and no support. But Japan Wireless, it was easy to setup and had connection 95% of the time.

I am happy for the service; I received the unit as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The unit worked fine during my trip in Japan

The pocket wifi worked very well during my mom’s stay in Japan. I’m glad that it came with a portable battery and the charger was very quick. The prepaid enveloppe was also a great surprise. Definitely recommended.

It worked flawlessly!

Ordered this online from Australia before departure for arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport. Package with return prepaid envelope was waiting for be at the JAL ABC counter on 1st floor nearby the North Arrival Gate.

Service was mostly 5G between Osaka and Tokyo, with it dropping occasionally to 4G/LTE in some of the more remote countryside, such as at Nikko, North of Tokyo.

Regardless, very impressed with the service end to end.

I'm so glad I ordered this product for my stay in Japan. Very reliable and it worked very well. Lasted all day and came with a powercell incase it was running low. I would definitely get this again over a sim card. Very easy to return and extend if you need more days.
