Pick-up and drop off was easy-brezzy. The package comes with a powerbank.Internet is fast and we have no trouble connecting. Picked it up from Narita Airport and we dropped it off in Kansai airport post office drop box. I will definitely rent again when we go visit Japan next time.

It was our first time experiencing some minor problems with the product such as loss of connection or signal in some places, and it happened like two times, but the long lasting battery made up for it, it really lasted a while!

Excellent service. Smooth pick up and drop off process and wifi coverage was very good. Would have been even better if the wifi device was charged at 100% or even 80-90%. When picking up, it was at 30% charge, so had to recharge before using. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Fantastic option for groups traveling to Japan! Three of us all connected to the hotspot without issues. The connection was fast and reliable, and the battery on the hotspot lasted the entire day (just make sure to charge it every night). The company gave us a portable battery bank for backup, which also came in handy. Pickup and dropoff was easy!

Wonderfull for people who are in a Japon Travel.

We used this pocket wifi to travel in Japan, use google maps and other apps. The coverage was great! We never had any issues. However, always be prepared and have extra cables around! The cable from our pocket wifi didn't work for 50% of the time, meaning we thought we had charged the pocket wifi but it was empty when we wanted to head out. I swapped the charging cable and then it was fine. I think this is partly the responsibility of Japan Wireless, but also yourself. Be prepared for these things!
