The unit I received was in beautiful shape and had an incredible battery life! It lasted all day long with light use; I never even bothered to use or carry the extra battery. Connectivity was fast and solid. There were only a few times I lost service--far less frequently than I would have back in the states! Overall, this was a very convenient, hassle-free way to keep connected in Japan.

The wifi unit was easy to order, came with everything I needed, worked perfectly the whole time, and return was a breeze. Would use again!

Used this wifi service throughout Japan, in Kyoto- Hokkaido- Biei-Tokyo-Fuji but didnt face any issue! Battery is good, pick up and drop off is also easy

Wifi battery is really good. Will last almost the whole day out even if you do not use the power bank which is provided.
Signal is really strong for all regions of Japan I visited.
Return process was very simple as well.

We used Japan wireless for 12 days, it was fantastic to have constant, secure conectivity. It was easy to set up and the extra power bank came in very useful.

The pickup was a little confusing at the airport, but helpful staff guided me in the right place. Then the wifi was super easy to set up and use. The signal was always strong and reliable, even in more remote parts of the country. I was very satisfied with the experience and recommend it for a group trying to save with a great deal.

We spent 3 weeks in Japan and used the pocket wifi with great success. It worked perfectly and made communication and travel much easier. I highly recommend the pocket wifi. We did notice that the charge would not last all day since we used it a lot with 3 devices so the additional battery was great to have and made it work perfectly. I highly recommend it. It also saved me a lot of money by not having to pay for international calling or roaming charges.

Pick up was seamless! Never had any issues connecting to this pocket wifi despite constant usage all day long. Battery also lasts really long as well! Would definitely recommend.
