Perfect if you're planning a lot of activities outside. The battery lasts a full day so we only needed the battery pack when we forgot to charge it. Reception and speed was always good.

Great service. Suited our family of 6 perfectly during our 2 week holiday in Japan. Pick up was really easy at Narita airport. We had also bought a few eSIMs to use as backup for times when we weren’t near each other, but they ended up seeing very light use as the Pocket Wifi did most of the ‘heavy lifting’. Definitely needed the supplied backup battery to get through some of the long days out so we appreciated that being included in the bag. Would definitely use this service again.
