It was our 2nd time to use JApan wireless and we were so satisfied and happy for its efficiency snd hasslefree receipt and return.

Overall, this device met my expectations. Easy to acquire and return. This system is provided with great service and it’s too easy to use. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I was able to use the wifi box for my wife and I. It was helpful for navigating and using my apps. The only thing wrong was the extra battery pack was paired with a wire not compatible.

Very easy to use, pick up point has changed to upstairs of arrivals at Haneda. which was a bit of a pain but ok, preferred where it used to be!
Return via any mail box, very simple, will use again for sure.

Wifi coverage is very good, unfortunately, the electric plug and the cable that I got for my unit is loose, unit did not charge fully. Please double check all your units and its plug and cable next time. Other than that, Japan Wireless is a reliable provider of portable wifi.

Internet connectivity is a must if you are relying on Google map dan translate. Speed is decent and quite stable throughout our travel in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Tokyo. The only time signal was down and no connectivity was in underground subway in Tokyo. Overall it is a hassle free service starting from pickup and return process. Thank you Japan Wireless.
