It was perfect from the time we picked it up, the 3-week trip through Japan, to the time it was put in the mailbox. We had no problems with the device. We always had an internet connection. Thank you for that!

The pocket wifi worked great all throughout Japan! I charged it every night and the charge always lasted a full day without running out. The device is pretty small and could easily be stored in my wallet crossbody. It is very easy to set up and start using! It is also very easy return when you are finished! I’ve used Japan Wireless 3 times so far and would definitely recommend!!!

A really useful device that allowed me and my family to always have internet connection wherever were were.

We used Japan wireless in a recent trip through Japan. Three iPhones depended on the device to stay connected and it did not fail. We did have an extra battery with us as with three devices we drained the battery by midday. But the company does provide you with an extra battery bank. Will definitely use them again.

Used this for 10 days and easy to pick up, use and return and very reasonable price.

Tuvimos internet de buena velocidad durante todo el viaje. El cable proporcionado para usar la batería externa no funcionaba, por suerte llevábamos otros cables con nosotros. De todas formas el dispositivo cargándolo durante la noche aguantó todos los días perfectamente.
