Pocket wifi came in very handy for the duration of my trip. Great and fast internet

Used two modems of the wifi wireless product on the territory across Japan from Haneda airport to Hiroshima city. All was good, excellent connectivity and helped all my family a lot.

Excellent connection. The service rarely slowed down and we remain connected all through travels around Tokyo. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were in Japan for two weeks and took the Japan wireless WiFi all through the country, from Tokyo to Hiroshima to Kyoto and Osaka including some southern islands. Our WiFi worked beautifully and we were able to navigate to many stunning sites, memorials and shrines. We would not have been able to do all the wonderful things we did without it!

Very happy with our recent rental of the Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Pickup of the device was smooth, as was operation. Get the backup battery for sure - we used it most days. Having this little device tucked away inside my backpack ensured that our entire traveling party was always connected for communication and navigation. Required nightly charging, but what doesn't? Would happily rent again. Returning of device was just as easy - place it in the provided envelope and find the mailbox at the airport. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Really helpful when we visited Japan. My cell phone provider was later in enabling the international data plan. This product saved our trip. Definitely will use again on our next trip
