Easy to pick up on arrival and simple to return in a post box. Had consistent good coverage throughout Japan. The device is small and easy to carry. Would recommend.

The directions for picking up the WiFi hotspot device was clear and return was also simple, just drop into mailbox before airport security gate. Service and WiFi worked well in almost all areas in Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, except during travel on Shinkansen which is expected. On hindsight we should have perhaps requested two devices or used eSIM method because one or two occasions we separated for different sightseeing and only one person could hold onto device. I would recommend Japan Wireless to colleagues for traveling in Japan.

After our first day in Japan we realized that our phone carrier’s high speed data wasn’t cutting it. We ordered Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless and it arrived at our hotel the next day. It worked perfectly and made it easy to travel throughout Japan. We put it in the prepaid envelope and mailed it right at the Natita Airport. I highly recommend.

I ordered the Premium WiFi for 13 days. I picked up the WiFi at Narita airport and 2 days later, the WiFi would not charge up power. I went to my hotel's lobby and the front desk was able to use their charger cable and power up the WiFi; so, I knew that my cable wasn't working. I reached out to Japan Wireless and Japan Wireless customer service was awesome. Japan Wireless responded to me and sent out a new cable, A/C adapter, and return envelope to my hotel so I was able return the defective cable and adapter. I was able to use my Wi-Fi unit and stay connected in Japan. Excellent customer's service!! I would recommend this company to my friends & family. Thank You for the ease of returning the Wi-Fi unit on my departure. Very convenient.
