Easy pickup at the airport. And it worked perfectly during our whole stay in Tokyo. Always with good connection to the internet. Only thing we wished would have been better is that the charging of the the Pocket WiFi was quite slow. If it would have come with a fast charging device the rating would have been 5 stars.

Excellent device! Small and easy to use. Even if a power-bank was provided together, there was never need of using it. The wifi router lasts all day till evening. No connection issues or need to restart it. In my opinion the router is the best when multiple device needs to be connected (phones, tablet, computer, etc). Return it at the airport is then very convenient. Recommended!

Great service , without any issues for connecting for family

Used Japan wireless on 2 trips. Had it delivered to hotel, it was there when I checked in. Never had a problem with service and easy return. Referred a friend and they loved it too.

Worked great and very convenient to use

This is the second time we have used Japan wireless for a portable wifi device on our trip. Once again we had zero problem with ordering, picking up, and using the device over the course of our trip. The only bump we had was the included battery pack stopped charging, but a quick email resolved that issue with a new battery pack sent to us within two days.

Have no problem recommending their services and will most likely use them again ourselves in future trips.

We had absolutely no problems using the pocket WiFi on our three week trip around Japan. Getting the package at the airport was easy and the setup only took a few minutes, we were both immediately able to connect with no issues. The battery always lasted all day and we charged at night. Be aware that it does take quite a long time to charge. We never lost the connection and were very satisfied with this product. It was also way more affordable to use than each getting an eSIM (there were two of us).
