We arrived in Japan planning to use our cell phones with an international plan. We quickly realized that the data speeds weren't going to be sufficient. I ordered the unit and it was delivered the same day to our hotel. It worked great in every location of our trip. Four phones connected and no lag. Highly recommend!

The pocket wi-fi worked as intended and as expected. It was very reliable and the power pack provided the required boost at the end of the day.
However, we were very light users and the largest use was uploading photos taken during the day. While speed and the data allowance was not a problem, the battery would have been if we were slightly heavier users.

Worked amazingly for my two week stay

Very easy - sent to hotel lobby and dropped in a post box on the last day in Tokyo. Worked perfectly for the whole family - fast and reliable. Very happy. :)

It is the best service. Having a pocket wi-fi really helps when you are just explorating all the streets and perfectures. Without it, we would have been lost. We have free data but it would have been very slow. This is a life-saver. It costs about 100 usd for apprx. 15 days. It is not cheap if you have multiple people going to different places though. But if a small group stays farely close to each other, it is a great service to have. Will definitely get it again but wishes it is cheaper for individual person.
