Loved the portable WiFi. Worked all the time, no trouble at all. Easy pick up, easy drop off, came with return envelope, nice big filled with instructions, WiFi unit, charging cord, wall charger and backup battery. Had 5 people hooked onto it and no trouble with connection

Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy, and the service was flawless throughout my travels—from Tokyo to Osaka. The connection was fast, reliable, and made navigating and communicating stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Japan!

Worked great for the 2 weeks I used it

I was referred by a friend to rent a WiFi Hot Spot from Japan Wireless for our 13 day Japan trip. The process was very easy! Easy Online order, picked the device at Narita Airport at JAL counter. Opened the package, powered it on, scanned the QR code and BAM! We have internet! The return process was easy as well. They provided a prepaid mailing envelope and we dropped off the device at Narita Airport in a RED BOX just before we entered the gates.

This pocket wifi service was so convenient! I ordered it to be delivered to the hotel where I was staying. It got there before I did. Came with charger, case and returned stamped envelope. Just put in the password and good for the 7 days I was there. Always good wifi service, even in the Shinkansen moving from Tokyo-Kyoto and back. You can’t miss the drop off box at any airport before going thru security. Definitely recommend and will be using again, if coming back to Japan.
