I travelled with my family during this trip and to have the pocket wifi is a great decision. The internet connection was perfect and we were able to connect multiple devices. Very handy especially using online maps to go around Japan. The extra battery lasted for long hours and very handy. We would definitely use Japan Wireless again for our future Japan trip.

Pocket wifi was very simple to use. Since the pocket wifi could provide connectivity for both my phone and laptop, I found it to be preferable to using a sim card or esim for my phone. I thought wifi was very affordable. I found a discount code online without much difficulty.

its got us through 14 days in Japan. only one weakness, which is a pretty big one, is that the device barely worked if you are in inside of a busy building that are smaller but with many levels (for example, shopping mall with 4-7 floors but one floor is not very spacious.)
