We had no trouble with WiFi throughout our 2 week stay in Japan. The device was very lightweight and portable. The initial pickup was confusing but the drop off was straightforward.

Used Japan Wireless Premium Wifi during my 12 day tour from Tokyo to Sapporo. Very convenient to arrange, waiting for me at the front desk of my first hotel and returned unit on my last day using the mailing post box located in the hotel on my last day. Connectivity was great, used on the tour bus and on my walking tours to stay in touch with work and family in Hawaii.

Contact with the staff was quick and easy. They were very professional with an issue I had picking up the device. I needed a reliable wifi during my stay in Japan, because I was working on remote. This option covered my needs. I would for sure recomend this wifi again.
