Nothing made our trip to Japan easier. It was completely indispensable right from day 1

Loved it. I traveled to belgium a couple years back and rented wifi from a different company and struggled to get signal everywhere I went especially on the train, not with this one had anything signal everywhere I went even maintained signal on the bullet trains.. great product will recommend for others.

That was just so great. Got it delivered to my hotel in Osaka and used it non stop for 2 weeks. Never once did I have connexion issue. The connection was great enough to stream netflix no issue. Battery last long enough didn't even used the spare battery once. Shipped back at the airport before leaving. The instructions were very clear too.

Easy to order, pick up at Airport and it’s ready to use. The whole trip I had steady and fast internet. Easy drop off for return. Would definitely use them again.

Worked like a charm nearly everywhere we went, had it delivered to our hotel where it was waiting for us when we arrived. Will definately use this service next time we’re in Japan!

I really recommend this product. The spear battery is good to have with you you can charge the router or your phone. The wireless connection was superb and I could shre it with my co travellers. Vety good especially if you get lost so that you can navigate with the internetbased maps.

Ordered on line and it was waiting at the first hotel before our arrival. Clear instructions in english included. Worked well but needed the battery power-bank (Supplied by them) as we were out for 12hrs at a time. Only issue was the usb japan connector was very slow at charging (only a 1 amp plug). Easy to drop off at a post box when we left Japan at the airport. would recommend and would use again if/ when going back to Japan. Connected up to 6 devices for us but think it can connect more.

Very useful device specially in a country like Japan, where is not so easy to travel without wifi. We have used to book tickets, to know how to go to everywhere by bus, train, subway or simply walking. No problems with battery because it had one in the bag.

This was great to have on our travels around Japan. I don't think there was a time we were without internet. Great option
