My husband and I were able to get around Tokyo, Hakone, and Kawaguchiko for about a week using one of these handy devices. The battery would go out after about 8 hr, but we connected it to a power pack after that, and all was good! The speed of our internet browsing, Pokémon playing, Google mapping, etc. were great! Highly recommend!

Easy to place order. Fairly convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport, though we had to ask for directions a few times. Device worked well. One recharge per day was enough. Overall, was a good experience and would recommend Japan Wireless pocket wifi.

We are in the middle of a 30-day rental of this product and so far so good. It has been so great to have high-speed wireless internet to share between us anywhere we go in Japan. Highly recommend that you use Japan Wireless for your hotspot needs! We will use them again for sure.
