Originally I when I placed my order I had asked them to ship it to the airport, luckily they knew the airport post office would have closed by the time my flight arrived. They were thoughtful enough to ship it to my hotel instead. I received it without problems. Coverage was really good as well as battery life. An extra battery pack was included but I rarely needed it. The only place that had spotty reception was in Niseko. Next time I travel to Japan I will use this service again. I recommend it.

Excellent product, provides good internet connection, the battery lasts 9-10 hours. If you are planning to go to Japan, this is the best solution to have internet on your smartphone!

Excellent service was so handy

Excellent service, item was waiting for me at the hotel. Only complaint is I wasn’t told beforehand that they weren’t able to ship the battery pack to Okinawa for security reasons. Once I got in touch with them, they kindly ship the battery to Hiroshima where my next stop was. Return was easy too, just popped into the envelope provided, and into a mailbox at the airport. The wi-Fi was fast, and once I had an issue, all I had to do was reset - I did get into a panic and emailed them, and as always their email responses was prompt. Highly recommended.
