This is the second time I have ordered this product. The first time I traveled on all three main islands and the wifi worked flawlessly. Easy pickup at Narita, and easy drop off at Haneda on the last day.

This battery lasted all day! Only needed to use the extra battery once during the two weeks I stayed in japan. Had an issue with no signal, called the number provided and they helped me right away!! Great device, fast speeds. Would def use again!!

Great product and service.

I was in Japan for a week with my family and purchased Wi Fi from Japan Wireless. The service was excellent. Easy connection to our phones and we used it all day and still had battery left when we got back to the hotel! We never had any problems at all. The unit was at our hotel when we got there and we dropped it off at the airport before leaving. I would recommend this service to anyone!
