Wi-Fi hotspot was awesome. We ran 5 devices off the hotspot throughout our 11 day stay in Japan. I would recommend this for anyone traveling throughout Japan. Able to utilize Google maps and text without any problems

Even though I booked the device rather late (one day before my flight), it was in my hotel on time. Everything worked without any problems and there was no problem sending it back either. I'll definitely book this device again on my next vacation.

I highly recommend this pocket WiFi to anyone visiting Japan. I arrived Narita and was able to pick up my Pocket WiFi in less than 2 minutes after talking to the gentleman working at the post office. Perfect

I had an excellent trip to Japan and stayed connected the entire time. The picket wi-fiis a must for all travellers. The battery life was excellent and lasted me all day. There was an extra battery pack, but I did not need to use it. The connectivity was excellent no matter where we were and I don’t recall ever being anywhere where the wifi signal was weak.

Reliable, fast, handy, reasonably cheap . It worked literaly everywhere - from Tokyo to Hiroshima, on trains , ferries and islands.

It was great and so convenient

I was very satisfied with Japan Wireless, clear communication and fast 4G. Even on top of Mount Fuji! I was provided with an additional mobile battery but that was not needed, it lasted a full day!
