This was a great deal for 2 weeks use that included a backup battery. We always had wifi service and setting it up with our phones was easy. The instructions were easy to follow. And returning the pocket wifi was simple: just put it in the return envelope and drop it in the mailbox. Thank you Japan Wireless!

My family and I (4 people) shared a JW hotspot for 11 days in July this summer. We stayed in Tokyo, Gora, and Kyoto. It worked extremely well, very fast, and with the exception of a couple of times in the subway stations, had no connection problems. Two of us had already had internet connectivity through our cel phone companies but JW was significantly faster, so that's what we all ended up using. After all of the fees, it ended up being around $8 per day. And...the extra battery included was so great! If you're out for a full day of sightseeing, you will be glad you had it.

It was very easy to get going and the the service was great. The download speeds were excellent. The only tiny problem I had was the initial delivery to my hotel only mentioned my name, not the name of the reservation, but it was resolved quickly and we only missed a few hours of having it. Thanks!

Only problem I had was that it didn't deliver to the Air Bnb but this product was great and really easy to use. Customer service is also really fast at responding to any questions. Overall it was great!

Muy buen servicio, es la cuarta vez alquilo este dispositivo y siempre sin problemas, señal estable y potente hasta en lugares lejanos como Norikura, Tateyama, monte Fuji etc. Imprescindible en mis viajes explorando Japón.
