We had a great experience with this pocket wi-fi: very easy to pick up and to deliver at the end of our trip. The price was really good and we had coverage everywhere. Highly recommended!

Excellent product, I was able to access all of the data from the UK on my laptop whilst in Japan plus the added bonus of being able to use Whatsapp to keep in touch with my family each day. Renting the pocket WiFi for my recent Japan trip was one of the best decisions ever! Renting online was super easy, the instructions was clear and easy to understand and the ability of having the device delivered to my first hotel and drop off at the airport post office box was very convenient. During my trip the device lasted the entire day, others in my travel group could easily connect and so we were never without internet connection throughout our travels which was very important since we depended upon google maps, google translate, yelp, etc. everywhere we went. I am a completely satisfied customer and would definitely rent the pocket WiFi again from Japan-Wireless the next time I travel to Japan!

Excellent equipment, easy to use, enough battery for a day, fast and reliable internet

We were expecting not to need any internet whilst travelling in Japan, but decided last minute to rent one of these devices. It was such a god send. You were always connected and it was really easy to organise

A friend recommended this but I was sceptical about the speed and coverage, I was very wrong, excellent speed and coverage everywhere combined with long battery life + back up battery, cannot recommend enough , plus ease of pickup and return, pain free and faultless

Premium Wi-Fi was easy to set up and use throughout Japan with no worries about internet connection. I'm glad I rented the extra battery pack since sometimes you forget that your pocket Wi-Fi will eventually run out of battery and you don't want to be without Wi-Fi. I'm glad I chose Premium Wi-Fi.
