Worked perfectly. Pick up and return was easy. I would recommend to anyone from the United States.

It was so convenient and affordable. Was only approximately $80 AUD for two weeks. Worked amazing and connected easily to all of my devices. Battery lasted all day and the connection was great. The only thing was, obviously if you keep it in the pocket of a jumper or an item of warm clothing the device will go hot and come up with a warning symbol. Other than that I highly recommend renting from here.

The download speed was always fast and reliable. The extra battery was really helpful on days when I needed wi-fi for several hours without a break.

I pick up this pocket Wi-Fi in NRT and traveling Tokyo and Sapporo, its coverage is good and battery usually can last almost a day without additional charging, highly recommended!

Hassle free collection at our hotel on arrival. Easy to connect and use. Easy to return at the airport on departure. Would definitely use again.

Good speed and value for money. Even without the powerbank the internal battery can last for a good 8hrs, the power bank is good for standby. Never had any issue with coverage from the top of Gala Yuzawa or at Mt Fuji. Easy pick up at the hotel and drop off at the airport. Highly recommended!!

Good service. However do you hesitate and start over again the order process the rental rate has gone up! We had to use another browers to get the initial rate again. Stop with this, thank you. Consumers are smart too 😉
