Easy to receive and return. Wi-Fi speed was good and the battery life was good.

The wifi was very easy to set up. We traveled to 4 different cities and never lost connectivity. The battery lasted all day most of the time, but we always had the powerbank just in case was needed. Returning the package was also very easy to do.

I learned about Japan Wireless 2 days before my arrival. I placed my order that day and was pleased to have to Premium WiFi device waiting at the hotel when I arrived. The instructions to connect to my mobile were clear and simple, and connectivity throughout my 2-week travels was excellent. The portable power pack that came with the device wouldn't charge the WiFi. Fortunately I had my own power pack, but only had to use it twice throughout my 2-week visit as the WiFi maintained battery life until I could recharge each night. I very much appreciated the simple return process that allowed me to continue using the WiFi until I arrived at the airport for my return flight. Doomo arigatoo gozaimasu for your excellent service!

I like how they are able to deliver to your location (I had them ship to our hotel) and you just need to drop it off at any post office mailbox when done.

Finally got to travel to Japan and choosing Japan Wireless made it a breeze to google stuff, share photos, get directions, translate a menu - all the stuff we rely on our phones for. Having it sent to our first hotel, providing easy set up instructions and allowing us to mail back it back from our last hotel made it even more convenient. Thank you Japan Wireless for making our time in Japan even more enjoyable!

I just ordered my premium WiFi directly to their website with few clicks and instructions seems to be easy. Will series if I am already holding the equipment. Right now, the pictures looks great. Hoping that it will be feather light and reliable.

A really easy and positive experience all-around. Easy to pick up at Hineda airport, simple to set up and use. Great connectivity for the entire family, and didn't even need to use the portable battery that came with the Wi-Fi transceiver. I would highly recommend!

For me, it was the first time to rent wifi box. I travelled various locations in Japan including local areas, but it worked. Glad that I rented this product.
