I was right about having the product before traveling to Japan. Worked fine for 14 days as scheduled. Only confusing part was the drop off at Haneda Airport. Why can't the drop off be at the same place as pick up? They insisted of dropping at a post office or use red post, but took me a while for me to locate it as there were group of people gathering near it. I almost missed it

Additionally, they had it delivered to our hotel, so it removed any issues with knowing where to pick the equipment up.
