I used the pocket wifi for eleven days and it was excellent. In the package was a case, a charging cable, plug, the router and a power bank. I found a single charge of the router was enough, I didn’t need to use the power bank unlike my friends whose router (from another company) ran out of charge very quickly. I thought the price was competitive, the return process very easy although you have no idea when you post it back, that it has been received. However it meant you could continue to use it right up until you arrived at the airport which was useful. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

I personally mixed up the router and charger, tried using the charger as my WIFI without realizing the issue I created (Hello?! DUH!!!). I contacted customer service who tried to help me (not realizing I was using the wrong device, DUH!) so they promptly sent out a "replacement" kit! However a few hours after they had already sent out the replacement, I realized my error and contacted them, profusely apologizing. The replacement arrived the very next day with which I promptly returned it (pre-paid mail envelope), and held on to my original kit through my entire stay. The return process is extremely simple too! THANK YOU SO MUCH, PREMIUM WIFI!!! I would definitely use your service again and let others know about your wonderful business.

This made our travel throughout Japan so much easier! We had Wifi everywhere we went for far less than our cell carrier would have charged.

Worked well, easy to return

Very easy to order and delivery to my hotel for convenient pick up. I can say for all the area that i traveled to in Japan the connection has been marvelous. Battery can last for 1 whole day from morning till night.

Getting the pocket wifi in Japan on the airport, turned out to be difficult, because Japan Wireless had the wrong name on the package. But I was able to get a replacement shipped for free, to my hotel later the same day.

As for the WiFi itself, that worked pretty well! Coverage in most areas and the speed is pretty good! Would take it again next time!

The WiFi dongles we had were generally awesome, great reception and speed. However, it does drop out occasionally. In order to get the service, we would have to restart the dongles. Other than that, I would definitely use this service again.

After considering all available options, Japan wireless stands out as the best solution for using internet in Japan. By not having any cap (limit) on daily usage or reducing speeds etc. at peak hours, this is extremely brilliant for the consumers. Thanks a lot!
