If you have multiple members on your trip get it. It’s really simple almost too simple. Pick up and drop off of the device very easy. Used it on my six week trip. Very reliable.

Prompt delivery. Quick response when the hotel initially refused to accept the package. Excellent set of products. Instructions on how to activate the device could be a little clearer. Support sometimes only in Japanese.

We weren't ready to have a different phone number while traveling in Japan. E mail access and internet was fine. your mini wi fi with extra battery and chord was perfect. Next time, we will definitely use this again. If we think we need a phone number for reservations etc, we will consider the SIM.

However, this was super easy to pick up at the airport and return before leaving. Thank you!

This was such a great service. Delivered to the hotel prior to arrival charged up and ready to go. Worked everywhere we went including the top of Mt. Fuji. While there is WiFi across Japan it’s not fluid and everywhere. This ensured we had directions and Google translate every moment. Then, we popped it in the envelope at the airport and dropped it in the mailbox. So easy.
