Worked perfect and very fast service. Will 100% use again!

Our experience with Japan Wireless pocket WiFi device was excellent! Ordered it online prior to arrival on our vacation. It was easy to pick up at Narita Airport. Took less than two minutes to setup and connect, instructions were in English. Family of six did not encounter any problems for 14 days of usage. Returned was very easy with the included envelope at Narita airport and received email notification within a day from Japan Wireless confirming receipt. Definitely recommend using Japan Wireless service!

This was a wonderful service. It worked great during our two week vacation. We used it all over Japan and ran five cell phones And a couple of iPads with no problems. Very easy to pick up and return.

So convenient to have this on our travels through Japan. With two of us, just made sense to have one wifi device both our phones could connect to. Always had good coverage where ever we went.

Wonderful and useful device

The connection was great throughout the duration of WIFI rental. I guess a bit of a downside was that the unit I rented easily gets low-bat though there was a power bank included, I’ve been availing this since 2018 and it used to last the whole day without even using the power bank. Connection wise, this is way better compared with what my niece got from the airport and reasonably priced too.

Excellent coverage at all times.Only ran out of battery on 1 day which was not a problem with the back up. Would definitely recommend and use again when heading back to Japan.

Especially for a family of 4, the hotspot was great and only faltered once or twice over two weeks, both in areas where there were clear dead zones for wireless, and with a simple refresh, the issue was solved. Delivery and drop off were as easy as could be. We'll never go back to paying big wireless companies expensive foreign fees or deal with the complexities of multiple eSims.
