Very efficient device. Had some difficulty connecting at first. We used 4 phones/pads and the connection was much more rapid than on the hotels’ wifi! The battery bank was essential to last the day. A-1!!

Battery life of the device was probably about 6 hours. Had to recharge to last entire day. Overall great service and price compared to others. Will use again if traveling with group.

The wireless device arrived on time at the hotel where we were staying and was very easy to use. We travelled to quite a few places in Japan and had no connection issues. The return was very straightforward.

It was very simple to buy, to collect and to use.

We don't know what we would have done without the portable wifi system we rented from Japan wireless, it meant we were able to find travel information at any moment, and research the best places to visit. We would have had to mess around with sim cards otherwise but this system was so easy to collect and use.

Lasts all day, good connection

I used the premium wiif for about 9 days, had no problems with connection. Can only recommend it, its way easier if you get yourself one of these, instead of searching for free wifi on each railway station or starbucks and so on.

Good value for money. Easy to carry and use, the battery lasted well throughout the day. pick up and drop off was convenient. The wi-fi made our travel so much easier and would use this if we returned and recommend to others.

No hustle at all. So easy to pick up at the airport and easy to drop off with the envelope enclosed. Wifi works really well. Highly recommend for people travelling to Japan.
