Good service, easy to install and Great range for A fair price.

I had the device for 25 days and we were up to 4 people using it every day and with heavy usage (streaming, video calls etc.). The device functioned flawlessly, the coverage was excellent (including places like Miyajima island) and the battery lasted long enough, especially with the spare battery that comes with the device. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Service. Delivered to the hotel the day before i arrived. Easy to use and never dropped out. Also came with a back up battery just in case but fully charges it would easily last 12 hours (with 2 devices). Would not hesitate to use again

After comparing different companies, this was the best deal and had the best reviews. I purchased the wifi router for 9 days.. The connection was great and the back up battery pack helped for all day excursions. Definitely will purchase again when traveling to Japan!

I ordered it online prior to arriving at Narita International Airport. It didn’t take me a long time to get it from the post office. The package has a portable charger and cable along with the Wifi device. I’ve never lost connection anywhere I went to including Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Hakone. I’d definitely order it again when I visit Japan again next time.
