By far, this is the best pocket wifi service I’ve used while traveling. To start, the process of getting one was very simple and convenient. Then, the service itself was the most reliable. I used it in Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and Tokyo without ever encountering any problems whatsoever. It is also truly unlimited!! I used it for work over 8 hours a day, plus in the evenings for other things like entertainment. Extending the rental is a breeze! I did it twice, all via email. Customer support is amazing and the return process was also very convenient. Highly recommended while visiting Japan!

Japan Wireless, arigatougozaimashita!

We rented the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. It was at the airport and easy to pickup and drop off. Everything came as advertised. The WiFi was fast and reliable no matter where we were. Connecting devices was easy. The USB power bank was super handy and helped ensure working WiFi no matter how long we were out for the day.

Very good experience

It is as easy as and works great, as they said it will be.
We used it on a cruise around Japan - it works close to land and on open decks facing the island. It is recommended to reset the unit every day andevery new city.

It was wonderful to have a good internet connection wherever we went. Whether it was emails, directions, information or anything else, it is a great system . We picked it up from our first hotel and handed it back at our last one in the bag provided.
